At Capital Risk Consultancy we know just how daunting and risky it can be to start your own business from scratch. We are dedicated to paving the way for small businesses to make their mark in their chosen industries and that is why we offer our new business start up PR consultation package.

As with all businesses we all have to start somewhere and we feel it is best to learn directly from people who have tried and tested avenues of launching their small start ups into thriving businesses that are now dominating their chosen market places. We will support you 100% of the way from market research, advertisement avenues and legislative compliance we will assist you with the planning ensuring you have everything in place to make the launch of your business stress free and successful.

How we ensure your business start up needs are met;

- From your first initial contact you will be allocated a named member of our admin team as well as one of our PR consultants. This will enable you to build a strong working relationship.

- An initial meeting will be set up between you and your PR consultant, this will give you the chance to discuss your business idea’s and position as well as ensure the PR consultant is able to fully gauge your brand aesthetic and goals.

-Following this meeting your PR consultant will draft an initial brand launch plan. This will include but is not limited to a competitor profile, Market research plan, highlights of important information such as legislation relating to your chosen industry and required insurances, target audience profile and a marketing strategy.

-A secondary meeting will be set to discuss the draft plan and how to move forward. The PR consultant will then work with you to ensure that all your marketing materials are formatted to represent your brand how you envisioned as well as ensuring they are appealing to your target audience.

-Following the meeting a finalised marketing strategy will be produced along with a fully comprehensive checklist of documentation that is needed in place before launch. Dependent on the chosen package the following will occur;

  • Tier 1-PR consultant will provide recommendations for marketing material production companies.

  • Tier 2- PR consultant will produce marketing materials and deliver them to you for distribution and assist with advice with regards to advertising for employees if required. They will also provide recommendations for a Launch Day Event.

  • Tier 3- PR consultant will start the process of producing marketing materials and distributing them as planned and assist with advertising for employees if required inclusive of writing the adverts and providing the most appropriate resources to use for advertisement based on your industry. They will also take charge of organising and advertising your Launch Day Event.

Please note that the production of marketing materials, and other costs occurred inclusive of but not limited to insurances and advertisements are not included within our consultancy fee and therefore will remain the responsibility of the client.
