How we ensure your Fire Risk Assessment needs are met;

A fully trained consultant will visit the premises and carry out a full fire safety inspection. During the visit the consultant will use a video camera to record their findings and ensure all the relevant information is captured so it can be included within the fire risk assessment documentation. If for any reason it is not appropriate due to the nature of your business then an alternative method of capturing the information will be arranged. Following the onsite inspection the consultant will notify you of any actions to be taken to mitigate any risks.

As part of our service we will offer quotes to supply the appropriate changes to equipment or alternatively contact our sub-contractors for quotes to carry out any required work. We will then work with you to ensure the recommendations are implemented in a swift and stress free manner ensuring the site is meeting its requirements as per current legislative guidelines.

Following this a compliance certificate and a full detailed digital copy of the fire risk assessment with the amendments implemented will be sent to you for your records. This document will be validated in line with your business’s legislative requirements and hold the extra protection of being covered by our insurance and legal services for the life span of its validation (t&c’s apply). Once the Document is due for renewal you will receive a reminder email to book your renewal inspection to ensure legislative compliance is maintained.
