Generalised Office and Workspace Risk Assessments

Within any workspace there are a multitude of potential risks. Capital Risk Consultancy are here to take away the stress of ensuring that all hazards are identified and the correct mitigation measures are put in place on your behalf. We follow governmental guidelines to ensure all avenues are covered from COSHH regulations to environmental risks giving our clients peace of mind that their health and safety responsibilities are covered.

We will work with you and your business to identify the risks that are unique to your premises. Ensuring we are able to mitigate the risks in the least disruptive manner whilst still maintaining your brand aesthetics.

How we ensure your generalised risk assessment needs are met;

-We allocate a named member of our admin team and expert risk assessing team to your company. This ensures you know who to contact with any questions allowing you to build a strong working relationship as well as allowing them to fully understand your business and health & safety requirements. This allows the service you receive to be fully tailored to your company needs.

-Once allocated a member of our team will contact you to arrange your initial site visit and better understand your inspection requirements.

-On the site visit the expert risk assessor will conduct a fully comprehensive risk assessment encompassing all of your requirements into the documentation. They will also be able to advise you if any subsequent risk assessments are required (for example fire risk assessments)

-Once the risk assessment is completed you will receive a digital copy with a summary of significant findings attached. This will inform you of any risk mitigation actions that need to be undertaken as well as a current risk rating.

-Your allocated risk assessing expert will assist you with implementing the risk mitigation works as required (please note this may incur extra charges dependent on the nature of the mitigation works)

-Following this a compliance certificate and a full detailed digital copy of the risk assessment with the amendments implemented will be sent to you for your records. This document will be validated in line with your business’s legislative requirements and hold the extra protection of being covered by our insurance and legal services for the life span of its validation (t&c’s apply).

-Once the Document is due for renewal you will receive a reminder email to book your renewal inspection to ensure legislative compliance is maintained.
