With ever growing legislative requirements around health and safety it can be difficult to keep all of your fire equipment up to date and in line with regulations. Along with the pressure of ensuring you have the correct, most relevant and effective equipment you also need to ensure that your employees know how to use it in an emergency situation.

That is why at Capital Risk Consultancy we not only supply you with fire safety equipment in line with the British Fire Safety Standards but we also offer training for your staff on how to use it in case of emergency.

How we ensure your fire training and equipment needs are met;

-As with all of our services at Capital Risk Consultancy you will be allocated a named Admin contact as well as a named Fire Safety Technician. This is to ensure you know who to contact should you have any questions related to the services you require.

-Upon initial inquiry we will try to establish an overview of your requirements such as what equipment you may require and if it is the most cost effective and suitable for your needs. Once this has been established we will also discuss with you your requirements with regards to training for the equipment should you have any.

-Once all of the information regarding your requirements has been gathered the Fire Safety Technician will book a site visit with you to deliver and install the equipment (if installation is required)

-Once the equipment is installed you will receive digital confirmation of the date of delivery and installation and expiry/ or service date of the equipment.

-The Fire Safety Technician will then confirm a date to conduct any training if required. Please note training courses allow a maximum of 20 participants per session. You are welcome to book multiple sessions if required to ensure all personnel requiring training are able to attend.

-Once participants have completed the training session you will receive a digital attendance certificate for each of them for your compliance files as well as a copy of the digital sign in sheet.

-As with all Capital Risk Consultancy’s services all of our clients benefit from our included liability and legal coverage and advice service.
