How we make sure your EPC needs are covered;

An expert EPC consultant will visit your premises to complete a fully comprehensive assessment of your buildings energy performance. Whilst undertaking the assessment they will identify any areas of concern, lower energy performance or recommendations which will then be provided to you digitally for your records. Once the assessment has taken place you will be issues with a energy performance certificate which will be valid for 10 years unless changes to the property warrant an updated assessment to take place. If you require any recommendations to be completed to ensure your building’s energy usage is optimised for performance and sustainability then our EPC consultant is able to arrange these on your behalf if required. Once any recommended changes have been carried out then an updated EPC assessment will be completed and you will be issued with a new energy performance certificate.
